On Monday 29 September from 10:30 - 12:00, we are pleased to be hosting the Government Property Agency (GPA) for a hybrid Pre-Market Engagement event. This session will provide an overview of the GPA’s digital transformation journey and outline their forthcoming requirement for an M365 Implementation Partner.

The GPA is entering the next phase of its technology strategy to deliver modern, scalable and secure collaboration tools across the organisation and its strategic partners. As part of this wider transformation, the M365 Implementation Partner will work with the GPA to further develop the GPA’s M365 platform for security and to support the rollout of new applications, while aligning closely with the Cabinet Office’s Strategic Falcon Programme, which aims to migrate the GPA alongside all its other Business Units from Google Workspace to M365 as part of the GPA’s strategy to modernise digital services and strengthen cross-government collaboration.

During the session the GPA will:

  • Share the background to GPA’s digital roadmap and objectives.
  • Outline the scope and anticipated outcomes of the M365 programme.
  • Provide insight into the commercial and procurement approach.
  • Explore opportunities for innovation and market collaboration.
  • Invite supplier feedback through a Q&A session.

This is an opportunity for suppliers to help shape GPA’s approach and better understand our requirements ahead of procurement. If you're interested, make sure you book your place!
