The rapid development and proliferation of artificial intelligence (AI) across the UK is set to transform contemporary urban systems and drive better outcomes for our people, economy, society and planet. However, many barriers to adoption remain in the way, and there is an urgent need to address precisely what it is that AI can do, as well as, how AI adopters can best manage their resources to ensure that AI-led urban renewal is trustworthy, scalable, extensible, and interoperable.
