This month we are delighted to be joined by Paul Langridge, Sales & Marketing Director at Arcus Global, as our ‘Talking 5’ guest. Each month, techUK’s Head of Programme, Local Public Services Georgina Maratheftis interviews a member active in the local government space about their vision of the future of local public services and where digital can make a real difference to people and society.

Watch below the full interview as we talk about the importance of going beyond buzz words to deliver meaningful digital transformation as well as discuss what the council of the future looks like. Everything from the delivery of services to what the organisations itself will look like and how the workforce will interact with technology.

A fun fact is that Paul started his career as an accountant. Throughout the interview his passion for improving outcomes for citizens is clear, and the main reason he nominated himself to techUK’S Local Public Services Committee. It was great to learn about the committee’s mission and plans to support councils deliver positive outcomes for people and society.
