This enhanced electronic monitoring service will monitor and manage the proximity between a victim and a perpetrator to:

1. Protect victims from potential crime

2. Reduce the fear of crime for a victim

3. Help reduce re-offending

4. Provide police real time information

5. Provide evidence to support criminal charges that can lead to successful prosecution
