Nominations open for techUK Main Board Elected Directors

Nominations are invited for positions on the techUK Main Board which arise from the annual rotation of Elected Directors in accordance with our Articles of Association.

This is a great opportunity to make a difference for the UK tech sector, working with peers across industry to maximise our collective impact.

The Board represents the membership, and nominations are encouraged from companies of all sizes in all parts of the sector and all geographies of the UK. Details of the governance structure and role of the Main Board are on our website at https://www.techuk.org/who-we-are/our-board.html.

This year there are four vacancies.  Elected Directors serve for a period of three years. Authorised representatives of members companies are invited to put forward a nominee from their company for an Elected Director position, using the downloadable nomination form and returning it to [email protected] by noon on Friday 16 April 2021.

Nominations will go to all authorised representatives for voting, with the process culminating in ratification of new appointees at the AGM on 14 July. Please note that mass emailing of members to generate support is not allowed and can lead to disqualification.
