Intralink wins King’s Award for Enterprise
Prestigious accolade recognises “outstanding success” in helping tech companies expand overseas
International business development consultancy Intralink has been given a King’s Award for Enterprise in the category of international trade, making it one of only 116 companies UK-wide being granted the accolade by His Majesty King Charles III.
Intralink helps tech companies gain customers, partners and investors overseas, and enables government agencies to grow their exports and attract foreign investment. To complement its strong presence throughout Northeast Asia, Europe and North America, it recently expanded its operations to India and Southeast Asia to help clients secure opportunities in these fast-growing economies
Established in 1965 by Royal Warrant – originally as The Queen’s Award for Enterprise – The King’s Award for Enterprise is the UK’s highest regarded business accolade and a globally-recognised symbol of achievement. It celebrates “business excellence” nationwide, with Intralink cited for its “outstanding success” in the field of overseas trade.
As part of the selection process, the assessors probed the company’s history and undertook a rigorous analysis of its financial performance to verify that Intralink had achieved “outstanding continuous growth over the last six years.”
The company explained its distinctive approach of not just developing market expansion strategies but playing a hands-on role in helping clients win commercial deals with international customers and partners. It demonstrated that this approach has so far enabled 1,500 organisations to generate more than £600 million in overseas revenues.
Intralink was also able to show that, during the past year, it helped companies from more than 20 nations grow their international sales. This included clients from the UK, US, Canada, Germany, Finland, the Netherlands, UAE, Israel, India, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, France, Hong Kong, Ireland, Norway, Spain, Hungary, Italy, Malaysia, New Zealand, Sweden and Switzerland. The company also demonstrated that it is working with many government agencies in the United States, the UK and the Middle East to drive trade and investment initiatives.
The Award will be presented to Intralink at its Oxfordshire HQ by one of The King’s Lord-Lieutenants.
The company is a previous recipient of The Queen’s Award, a UK Government Made in the UK, Sold to the World Award and two US President’s Awards for Export Service.

Intralink CEO, Greg Sutch, said:
“We’re over the moon to have won a King’s Award for Enterprise. It’s a fantastic endorsement of the talent and dedication of our staff, as well as the loyalty of our clients, and the success we’ve achieved together in the realm of international trade. It’s also a great recognition of the way our business has grown over the last six years and our ambitious plans to keep that up – plans we’ve taken significantly forward in the last month alone with our expansion into Southeast Asia and India."
"We’re excited to have been granted The King’s Award and will be displaying the emblem with great pride.”
