We have made changes to how we communicate with our members to provide a more streamlined experience. We know your time is valuable, so our focus is on making it easier for you to access industry insights, join events, and engage with our activities.
To do this, we’ve reduced the number of emails you receive and are focusing on delivering regular newsletters that offer a clear overview of everything you need to know. These newsletters bring together the latest policy updates, events and opportunities - keeping you informed without overwhelming your inbox.
We encourage you to log into your account and regularly update your preferences to ensure you’re receiving the information most relevant to you. When logged in, go to My Profile and select Contact Preferences.
While we’re focusing on this streamlined approach, there may still be occasions when we need to send urgent updates or time-sensitive requests. Rest assured, we’ll aim to tailor these communications based on your preferences and past interactions, such as event attendance or content views.
