Razi is co-founder and Director of Partnerships and Communication at the Domestic Abuse (DA) Alliance, where he has spearheaded the development and implementation of groundbreaking digital solutions to support victims of domestic abuse. Razi's work bridges the gap between technology and social justice by leveraging technology-driven innovation through the WEPROTECT & WeProcess solution. Razi's contribution in this space reflects a deep commitment to harnessing the power of technology for societal impact, setting a new standard for how digital tools can support an ever-changing society. Furthermore, his work was recognised with a President’s Award winner by Tech UK in 2025.

Laura is a Human Factors and Cyberpsychologist and works as the AI and Cyber Digital Sector Lead at BSI. She supports the development of standards for the safe, secure, and reliable use of AI and cyber systems, drawing on her research into human-technology interaction. Formerly, she led the Humancentric Cyber Innovation Programme at Airbus and is an Honorary Research Associate at Cardiff University.

Lizzie has been working across Central Government for the last 10 years, working to support government around spend and investment optimisation, Cyber services, Quality Assurance and Governance Testing, with a committed focus also on delivering Social Value outcomes that reduce reoffending rates.

Alex Habachi is a founder of Actr-AI, a UK-based technology company specialising in AI-driven solutions tailored to the public sector. He served as a frontline Metropolitan Police officer and as a Lecturer in Policing on the PEQF programme at Brunel University. Prior to his service, Alex worked at HMICFRS as a researcher and data analyst, contributing to force and thematic inspections within the national office.

Caroline has over 20 years of investigative and operational experience, previously working at a senior level across the UK’s national security, law enforcement and defence apparatus. Latterly, as a UK Government digital transformation lead, Caroline has been increasingly focussed on the ensuring the security, legal compliance and ethical aspects associated with the handling of sensitive data. With a strong, demonstrable track record of building productive and enduring partnerships with a range of senior stakeholders across public, private and third sectors at home and abroad, she is highly experienced in forming and successfully leading multifunctional, multiagency teams to ensure secure, timely and compliant delivery of objectives. Having recently moved to SAS in a consultancy role, Caroline is using her former public sector experience to exert thought leadership and mobilise her broad network of contacts to build multi-layered public-private collaborations around complex, cross-cutting global issues such as countering child sexual exploitation, fraud and cyber crime. In addition, Caroline currently holds a number of non-exec and advisory roles including: The National Cyber Resilience Centre Group (NCRCG) as a National Ambassador; tech UK’s Justice and Emergency Services Management Committee (JESMC); Space Aye advisory board member; Police Scotland’s Sex Equality and Tackling Misogyny (SETM) as a critical friend.

A leading voice on the development of digital investigative policy, strategy and ethics, Giles has been involved at the cutting edge of the national evolution of law enforcement thinking in this area. With experience from the NCA, NPCC, the Home Office, the College of Policing and NPIA, Giles can translate the fast-evolving technical, legislative and policy environment to the operational context to understand and address the threats and opportunities of the digital age. He is now a freelance policy advisor working with researchers, think tanks, government and law enforcement. He is an associate fellow at RUSI and a member of the Validate AI conference steering group.
