Fire Innovation Forum

We bring together our members, the National Fire Chiefs’ Council (NFCC) and digital, data and technology representatives from across fire and rescue services to explore how technology can support the sector. We established the Forum as part of our Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the NFCC, creating a space for industry and fire and rescue services to engage regularly on digital priorities, challenges and opportunities.

Through the Forum, members can hear directly from stakeholders across the fire and rescue community, share industry expertise and develop a better understanding of where technology and innovation can make a difference. Discussions have explored areas including procurement, data quality and sharing, drones, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and digital and data skills.

The Forum supports closer collaboration between industry and the fire and rescue sector, helping both sides understand operational and digital challenges and explore how technology can support the evolving needs of fire and rescue services.
