HMRC CDIO Borders and Trade IT Delivery Service: market engagement event
Join us for a hybrid market engagement event with HMRC ahead of their IT Delivery Service for CDIO Borders & Trade procurement.

About this event
On 14 September from 11:00 – 15:00, we are pleased to be hosting HMRC for a hybrid market engagement event ahead of the planned procurement of an IT Delivery Service for CDIO Borders and Trade.
The requirement will support critical customs and border systems, including the Customs Declaration Service (CDS) and other key Borders and Trade services. The procurement will be run through Technology Services 4 (TS4) Matrix Lot 1.5 (Lots 1 and 5) and is expected to be split into two lots covering Core and Specialist delivery services.*
The service will provide flexible, outcome-based delivery capability across a complex Borders and Trade environment, supporting service delivery, continuous improvement, supplier collaboration and knowledge transfer.
*This session is also open to those not on the framework.
During this session, HMRC will
Provide an overview of the requirement and business objectives
Explain the proposed lot structure and services in scope
Outline the procurement approach and indicative timeline
Discuss key themes including transition, service continuity and knowledge transfer
Seek supplier feedback to help refine the final procurement approach
Provide an opportunity for questions and answers
This event forms part of HMRC's early market engagement activity and does not form part of any formal tender or evaluation process. Participation in the event will not provide any advantage in any future competition.
If you're interested, make sure to book your place.
