About this event
Home Office and techUK are pleased to invite you to an Open Early Market Engagement (EME) Event to discuss the provision of IT support and services for the new national Fire and Rescue Data Platform ("FaRDaP").
The EME event will seek views and feedback from the market in relation to the provision of Cloud Hosting and Infrastructure Software Support, Helpdesk Services, Application Software Support, System Support, Continuous Improvement and Change Management Services for the new national Fire and Rescue Data Platform “FaRDaP” (formerly the Incident Recording System), and to understand the level of competition, capability, and capacity within the market to deliver these core service requirements.
About FaRDaP
FaRDaP will be utilised by 44 Fire and Rescue Services across England, Wales, and Scotland to record and manage fire and rescue service data. It serves approximately 20,000 users, with 250 concurrent users at any given time, and captures around 2 million records annually—a number anticipated to grow in the coming years.
