About this event

The session will explore the increased use of collective redress in the UK, including the Government’s potential introduction of a consumer collective action regime alongside its reforms to the existing competition regime, and what these developments could mean for technology and technology-adjacent businesses of all sizes with a presence in the UK.

Speakers will examine emerging developments in Scotland and their potential implications for supply chains, alongside ILR research into the UK’s expanding collective action landscape and the impact of litigation costs on businesses and the wider economy.

The webinar will bring together speakers from Fair Civil Justice, an organisation that works to help level the playing field in group litigation, and the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Legal Reform.

Time will be reserved for member Q&A at the close.
