Join us from 29–30 October in Brussels to strengthen your understanding of the EU Defence market opportunities, connect with key decision-makers, and inform your company’s UK-EU strategy.

techUK invites members to join our 2025 delegation to Brussels, an opportunity to connect directly with the EU policymakers, regulators, and industry stakeholders who are shaping the trade bloc’s approach to Defence technology.

Taking place against the backdrop of the UK-EU Security and Defence Partnership signed in May 2025, the delegation opportunity provides valuable context and access for UK Defence businesses and policy teams navigating the EU landscape.

The delegation will offer a series of curated engagements with:

  • Members of the European Parliament relevant representatives
  • EU Commission representatives
  • EU Member States representatives

The agenda will provide:

  • Strategic insight into the regulatory and commercial environment for Defence firms operating in the EU or seeking to strengthen EU partnerships.

Whether your goal is commercial expansion or policy engagement, this delegation will help you better understand and navigate the EU Defence and policy ecosystem at a pivotal moment.

This delegation is open to techUK member companies and is particularly suited for:

  • C-level executives (CEOs, Founders, Managing Directors)
  • Heads of policy, public affairs, or regulatory affairs
  • Companies with existing activity in the EU market or seeking to establish stronger ties with the EU market

Participation Fee:

Delegates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation. techUK will organise the agenda, provide relevant briefings and materials, and coordinate on-the-ground logistics.

Please register your interest by COB 22 September 2025.

Places are limited and will be reviewed to ensure a diverse and representative delegation.
