techUK is pleased to host a hybrid pre-market engagement roundtable with NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) to support the remaining procurements for the Donor and Session Programme (DASP), a strategic digital transformation programme to modernise donor engagement, appointment booking, session management and related donor-facing and operational capabilities across blood, platelets and plasma.

Session overview

This session will give suppliers an opportunity to engage with NHSBT ahead of the upcoming procurements for a Technology Implementation Partner (TIP) and Business Change Partner (BCP). It is designed to test the clarity, feasibility and deliverability of emerging requirements and gather market insight to strengthen the final procurement approach.

Following the session, NHSBT will issue draft requirements, with suppliers given sufficient time to review and provide written feedback prior to tender launch.

Key discussion points

  • Finalised commercial strategy for TIP and BCP procurements
  • Review of draft requirements ahead of tender launch
  • Clarifications on scope, functionality and key dependencies
  • Opportunities for collaboration, innovation and effective delivery

Who should attend

In person attendance is limited to 1–2 representatives per organisation due to capacity constraints. Attendees must indicate whether they will attend in person or virtually when registering.

This session offers a valuable opportunity for suppliers to help shape final requirements for a critical NHSBT platform and support a smooth and successful procurement process.
