In partnership with techUK, NHS England is progressing to market engagement sessions with organisations to support the future development of procurement for NHS 111, 119 and 999 national telephony infrastructure services. This engagement day is for organisations that have completed the suitability questionnaire and expressed interest. Attendees will gain insight into service requirements and have the opportunity to engage directly with subject matter experts across key service areas.

In partnership with techUK, NHS England is seeking to progress to market engagement sessions with suitably experienced and capable organisations to support the future development of procurement for NHS 111, 119 and 999 national telephony infrastructure services.

Following initial expressions of interest and responses to the suitability questionnaire, selected organisations are invited to attend the engagement day on 14 May.

What will be covered

  • Lot A – Hosting and routing
    10:00–13:00
    Attendees will hear from partner organisations, including devolved nations, on the scope of service requirements and have the opportunity to ask questions.

  • Lot B – Contact centre as a service (CCaaS) – cloud services
    12:30–15:30
    Attendees will hear from partner organisations and the wider health system responsible for critical services, with the opportunity to ask questions.
