Advancing Women at Work: Global Perspectives - techUK Women in Tech Breakfast

About this event

How are governments and organisations turning commitments on gender equality into real workplace change? On Wednesday 15 April, this event, as part of techUK's TechTogether campaign, will bring together tech leaders and policymakers to explore the strategies countries are using to support women’s participation, progression, and pay equity at work.

We are delighted to welcome Gillian Unsworth, Deputy Director in the Women’s Equality Division at the Office for Equality and Opportunity in the UK Cabinet Office. Gillian will share insights from their work overseeing equality action plans and driving employer accountability on gender equality outcomes.

We will also be hearing from Alia Qamar - Senior Economist and Women in Work lead, PwC, Shehla Hasan - Director and Head - UK, Confederation of Indian Industry, and Francesca Borgonovi - Head of Skills Analysis, OECD who will touch on international evidence and comparative perspectives.
