New UK SPF Steering Board Vice Chair, Luigi Ardito

We are delighted to announce that Luigi Ardito has joined the UK Spectrum Policy Forum’s (SPF) Leadership Team as Vice Chair of the Steering Board. 

The work of the UK SPF is driven by the Steering Board, which has a Chair and Vice Chair drawn from the Board’s sponsoring members. On Thursday 8 July, the Steering Board met and confirmed Luigi’s appointment.

The Chair is Dr Abhaya Sumanasena from Real Wireless and Luigi is a Senior Director of Government Affairs,  Qualcomm Europe, Inc.. He is also the Chairman of Digital Europe Spectrum Group and member of the GSA Spectrum management team.

On his new role Luigi comments:

It is an honour and privilege to have been appointed as vice chair of the UK SPF Steering Board and I look forward to working with Dr Sumanasena to continue furthering the work of the group. It is an exciting time for spectrum in the UK and the work of this group has never been more important.
