Financial Services
Our Financial Services programme brings together industry, government and regulators to shape policy and drive innovation. We help members understand emerging technology and opportunities across banking, payments, insurance and capital markets. Our focus:
- Shaping financial services innovation
- Supporting trust and resilience
- Connecting finance and technology

Technology is shaping the future of financial services.
Technology helps financial institutions capture and use data to make better decisions, operate more efficiently and create new services. From banking and payments to insurance and capital markets, technology is helping financial services become faster, more secure and more inclusive.
Our Financial Services programme examines how technology is accelerating change across the financial services sector. We work with government, regulators and industry to create the commercial and regulatory conditions innovation needs to flourish.
We explore the opportunities created by emerging technologies and digital systems, helping organisations understand how innovation can improve resilience, strengthen consumer outcomes and support economic growth.
This programme sits within our wider Financial Services Technology work, helping support innovation, productivity and long-term growth across UK financial services.
