Following on from their previous webinar in mid-2024, techUK is hosting Linklaters LLP to give an update on price transparency and CMA enforcement guidelines.

At this webinar, taking place from 14:00-14:30 on Thursday 5 February, Linklaters will cover:

  • An overview of the final price transparency guidelines and updates since draft guidance was published
  • A recap on the CMA's guidance on pricing practices
  • A look at current CMA enforcement in relation to alleged drip pricing and potential infringements in the form of time-limited offers
  • Horizon-scanning for what to expect over coming months based on the CMA's current docket of cases (including the Emma Sleep case)

There will also be an opportunity for members to ask questions of the Linklaters associates.
