The ChipConnect Immersion Visit in November 2025 will bring Indonesian semiconductor stakeholders to explore the UK’s expertise in compound semiconductors, chip design, photonics, and advanced materials. The visit aims to strengthen UK–Indonesia collaboration in policy, R&D, and talent development, create commercial opportunities for UK firms in Indonesia’s electronics and EV markets, and support sustainable access to critical raw materials, building on recent bilateral initiatives in the sector.
