A half-day workshop for B2B tech SME businesses to help you develop marketing strategies that attract and convert profitable customers.

Business leaders, salespeople, marketers and anyone involved in helping to win orders!

What it will cover:

This workshop explores why and how people buy so you can create a go-to-market strategy to align your proposition with what your customers want. We will also look and what methods to use, and how you can track and manage your long-term business pipeline.

People buy from people, so we will also look at buyer behaviour – the role of neuroscience and psychology on what attracts, and how to communicate to appeal to different personality types in your target markets.

About your workshop leader:

Neville Merritt has over 35 years’ experience to Board level, covering sales, marketing, consulting and operational management in SME B2B technology and large software enterprises. He has sold into manufacturing, supply chain, professional services and public sector. He is now director of Pure Potential, business coach for the Enterprise M3 Growth Hub (LEP) and chairman of the techUK Marketing & Sales Group. He advises clients on marketing strategy, operational effectiveness, sales management and talent development. Neville has also developed the on-line marketing and sales training portal Ascent Learning which provides self-paced learning for SME and micro businesses.
