This session explores the current and future impact of Brexit on employment law, the continued employment of EU nationals and how HR can help.
Through a HR perspective, we will respond to the hopes and fears our delegates bring to the session. We will look at what legislative changes are on the horizon, particularly regarding EU law currently implemented in the UK and we will provide practical strategies on how employers may safely adapt their compliance practices in the light of any changes that may come about.
Why should you choose this course?
The course is ideal for anyone who wishes to be well equipped for a conversation with their EU national employees or workers about how Brexit may impact upon them and their continued employment with you. It is also ideal for anyone who has an interest in the impact on employment law or who has responsibility for insuring compliance with policies and practices or implementing change safely within an organisation. Delivered with a relaxed but clear presentation style which deciphers jargon and delivers practical advice. It is an inclusive session which aims to leave you feeling more knowledgeable, prepared and reassured.
Who should attend?
Business owners, team leaders, HR directors and advisors and indeed anybody with an interest in the course outcome and agenda are all welcome to attend!
What is the course outcome?
Delegates will have a practical awareness of what employment obligations currently come from EU legislation.
