Lenore has been consulting on technology-related projects in the public sector for the past ten years. Her experience of local and central government IT transformation projects is broad, ranging from telephony and broadband to digital services. She has procured multi-million pound contracts and designed strategic approaches and delivery models in response to policy. Lenore draws upon her own journey in the health and social care sector, as well as direct experience working with a wide range of health organisations, in the design of her courses.
An introduction to the NHS and technologies’ course, we decided to attend because we were finding it very difficult to navigate our way through the NHS labyrinth. By the end of the session, as a business we now have a clear understanding of the complex NHS structure (who does what, and why) and where to find relevant information in the public domain. In terms of value for money… it’s probably the best half-day training I’ve ever been on.
