Accessing and Retaining Talent

It is vital that businesses can source the skills and talent needed to meet the digital skills gap the UK is facing.

More work is needed to enable the next generation to develop their digital skills, and help businesses get the support they need to drive the design and adoption of digital services.

At techUK, we seek to engage with stakeholders across the skills landscape to ensure the UK’s education system is fit for purpose in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

As new technologies become more widespread, the nature of work will change. How we enable businesses to take advantage of these opportunities, and prepare the workforce to adapt to these changes, both by upskilling and reskilling, is one of the most critical policy discussions facing us today.

techUK offers a range of initiatives that help members to attract, develop and retain their talent.
