Nomination Form for a techUK Elected Main Board Seat

Thank you for expressing an interest in serving as an Elected member on the techUK Main Board. Details of the governance of techUK, the role of the Main Board and the current Board members can be found on the techUK website http://www.techuk.org/about/our-board

Please complete the details requested below. The completed form together with those of the other nominees will be used to prepare the ballot for all techUK member companies to vote. As soon as possible after the closing date, you will be advised of the result.

Mass emailing of members to generate support is not allowed and can lead to disqualification.

The deadline to receive all nominations is noon Tuesday 2 May 2017
