Andi, by 2iC-Care, is a technology enabled care (TEC) solution that uses open protocol technology to enable local authority Adult Social Care teams to solve analogue to digital and future-proof TEC services. With Andi, TEC teams modernise and improve reactive care today and use the same solution to transition to preventative care, whenever they are ready.  

Andi has a digital hub which connects to peripherals via RF868, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Zigbee, and Andi’s hub is interoperable with any care peripheral type from virtually any manufacturer. 

However, Andi is much more than just an interoperable and resilient digital hub. Andi is also a cloud-based dashboard and interoperability software which centralises all information from all care peripherals.  

With Andi, TEC teams gain a single source of truth, removing the need to log into multiple portals to review data or manage devices. All alarms and alerts are presented as actionable insights on Andi’s dashboard so TEC teams can spot opportunities for preventative care.
