Smart-Training AI (STAI) is a Training Intelligence company. Our Learning Strengths Assessment (LSA) measures how each individual actually learns, then shapes training delivery to match — visibility before delivery. Grounded in cognitive load theory and self-regulated learning research, the LSA generates one of 32 Learning Strength codes for every learner, giving trainers and L&D teams individual and cohort-level insight before a single session is designed. In a retrospective pilot of 257 learners, those taught in line with their Learning Strengths achieved 88% better outcomes than the control group.
