ELS were formed in 2005 and operate worldwide in the training services sector. ELS is an unaffiliated and privately owned enterprise offering independent learning and development consultancy and training services to government and industry. ELS Ltd is an independent Defence and Homeland Security Learning and Development (L&D) training provider and consultancy organisation with a strong heritage in Countering Threats. ELS is an ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004 company, an Approved Training Centre of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and an Authorised Training Organisation (ATO) for City and Guilds of London Institute, APMG-International in Project Management (PRINCE2), Risk, Change Management and Lean Processes. Through membership of these organisations ELS undergoes rigorous external reviews of our management, training review processes & approaches, with many years of successful inspections. Our design work has previously been recognised nationally with the award of Best Training Partner awarded with the MOD for training design and delivery work on the CIED Military Annual Training Tests (C-IED MATTs) courses.
