The Cabinet Office seeks best practice transformation examples

The Cabinet Office has begun work on the second phase of the Outsourcing Programme. They are looking to collate examples of where the public sector working with the private sector has delivered value for money, innovation or transformation in delivering public services.

The aim of this exercise is to gather further detailed best practice examples to inform future procurement activity and, building on the implementation of the Outsourcing Playbook, continue to improve how government and suppliers work together to achieve better outcomes.

They want to capture detailed, robust examples and ask that all examples are submitted through the excel form below. This will enable the better collation of the data, allowing them to draw out detailed themes and identify commonalities that can be used to inform future work.

They welcome examples from all suppliers (including SMEs and VCSEs) who have provided services across central government and the wider public sector. All queries and completed forms should be directed to project.santiago@cabinetoffice.gov.uk

Please submit completed forms by COP on 20 December.
