    A short article by Gareth Burns of SQS addressing the importance of having an escrow agreement

When considering a corporate application, whether it be for web, mobile or desktop, most companies seriously consider using a third party for the development. There are many good reasons to do this. The most prevalent of these is the idea of having a seasoned and experienced team of professionals handling a project that is out of the customer company’s core skillset. A bank, for example, would most likely commission a third party to develop an online banking application for them as it would not be part of the core, banking skillset. Additionally this approach can improve the speed of getting something to market as well as being cost effective. These reasons, and more, mean that outsourcing development can be the perfect solution for a business.
