techUK responds to ICO's Age Appropriate Design Code consultation

In April the ICO published its draft Age Appropriate Design Code with consultation open until the end of May. The draft Code, which stems from legislation passed in the Data Protection Act 2018 seeks to create a safer, more appropriate online world for children and young people.

Building on the roundtable techUK hosted for our members with ICO Deputy Commissioner, Steve Wood, we have submitted a full consultation response which you can read by downloading the file below.
