techUK together with the Department for International Trade welcomed the Zhongguancun 100 delegation for a seminar on the UK tech opportunity for Chinese companies.
Zhongguangcun (pronounced ‘Jong-gwan-tsun’) is a science and technology park in Beijing, widely regarded as ‘China's Silicon Valley’. In June 2010, the park’s 100 leading companies formed a group called the ‘100 Club’, bringing together some of China’s most innovative technology. The Club’s members have significant ambitions, and the resources to go global.
A select group of leaders from ‘100 Club’ companies are visiting the UK to: 1) understand the business environment post Brexit, and explore opportunities with UK companies that can support the growth of their global businesses; and 2) learn from the experiences of successful UK companies, with a particular focus on technology and innovation and corporate governance
