UK SPF Cluster 2: PSSR - Accessing Government Spectrum

At the start of the event David Meyer, UK SPF Chairman, thanked Peter Curnow-Ford for his work and announced Stephen Temple as the new Cluster 2 Chair as a result of a nomination process.

The agenda was as follows:

1. Introduction to PSSR/PSSS - History, previous discussions and outline of today's workshop

        - update on work on spectrum bands in 2018

        - review of those bands that can be brought forward

        - model for use, i.e. sharing etc

        - update on its making 2.7GHz available to Telerail

        - aims, what you want to understand, challenges so far

        - making further spectrum available, how and what type of user

        - future plans
