Data Centres ESG+ Group
techUK's Data Centres ESG+ Group brings together data centre providers and organisations across their supply chains to explore the environmental, social and governance (ESG) and sustainability issues facing the sector.
The group helps members understand relevant policy, regulation and industry trends, along with the opportunities and challenges they bring, and encourages companies to work together on sustainable practice. Its work covers areas such as sustainability reporting (including scope 3 emissions), heat export, water conservation and climate adaptation.
The group is open to all techUK members interested in data centre ESG and sustainability. It meets regularly and also runs educational events on its priority topics.
