We plan on holding a series of Cluster 4 workshops in 2020 to enable different UK stakeholder groups to present their main objectives and goals for ITU WRC-2023.

Each workshop will be dedicated to presentations from 1-2 industry groups.

In early 2021 we plan to commence some Cluster 4 workshops where efforts will be made to achieve initial Cluster 4 consensus or summary views on relevant WRC-2023 agenda items.

Wrap Up / Next Steps

KS/All

KS Notes:

  1. The intent is to focus under WRC-2023 AI 1.2 on the 6425 – 7125 GHz frequency band and to provide some key stakeholders to offer viewpoints / proposals and to then have a panel discussion of the stakeholders to see whether there are any themes which can be developed and identify where further work / discussion would be useful.

  2. The above draft agenda V2 may be slightly updated, depending on whether confirmation is received from provisionally anticipated speaker organisations / speakers (shown in italics).

  3. SPF advice is to keep on-line meeting to about 2 hours – so we will need to be efficient! / focussed to finish by 1215.

All UK SPF sessions operate under Chatham House Rule.
