The UK Spectrum Strategy (2014) set out a vision of doubling the annual contribution of the use of spectrum to the economy by 2025. The last major study commissioned by government on the impact of spectrum on the UK economy was published in 2012. There was further work on taking social value into account in 2015. This Cluster meeting will review the previous reports and the ambition and consider the scope for assessment of value between now and 2025. In particular, changes that have occurred and possible future changes and their impact on value.
