In this techUK webinar, expert panellists from major logistics technology companies and online retailers be taking a closer look at how digital twins are driving innovation and experimentation, and what the horizontal implications might be for other areas of the UK’s infrastructure.
We will be discussing cutting-edge innovation across the ecosystem, new human-centred value frameworks, and systems thinking, and what the implications of using digital twins to de-risk and accelerate innovation may be for the resilience of domestic supply chains.
This event also forms part of #LondonTechWeek, and registered delegates will also have the chance to learn about the ongoing work conducted by techUK’s Digital Twins Working Group (DTWG). If you would like to learn more about this webinar, future events, or our work in this field, please get in touch with Tom.Henderson@techUK.org today!
Digital twin - A digital twin is a dynamic virtual representation of a physical object or system, usually across multiple stages of its lifecycle. Digital twins use real-world data, simulation, or machine learning models, combined with data analysis, to enable understanding, learning and reasoning. Digital twins can also be used to answer what-if questions, and should be able to present insights in an intuitive way.
