The Association of Foreign Banks and techUK are delighted to invite you to a networking evening for FinTech and Innovation practitioners, in conjunction with Eversheds LLP.
We are delighted to invite you to the first such evening of 2017, organised jointly by the AFB and techUK.
The Association of Foreign Banks (AFB) represents the interests of the foreign banking sector which provides financial services throughout the UK, through branches, subsidiaries and representative offices. The AFB provides a forum for the sharing of information on industry issues for the mutual benefit of member banks and makes representations to industry stakeholders. The AFB’s membership, consists of 200 banking groups covering more than 50 nations.
We know that new technologies such as blockchain, smart contracts, Artificial Intelligence, RegTech and the Internet of Things will be further utilised in financial services going forward. As such, there is a need for vendors and financial institutions to work collaboratively in addressing the challenges presented by innovation.
The evening will commence at 5:30pm, followed by opening remarks at 6pm from the AFB and techUK, as well as a brief presentation from a guest speaker (TBC).
To secure your place at the event, please click book now.
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the drinks reception and would encourage you to please forward this invitation on to relevant colleagues within your organisation.
