Speaker
Terry Makewell was appointed Chief Digital Technology Officer (CDTO) at the Royal Air Force in February 2026. He is accountable for the development and delivery of digital and data technologies, processes and systems that underpin the RAF's operational and business activities. Prior to joining the RAF, Terry was Chief Technology Officer at the UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO) where he played a central role in developing the UKHO as a world-leading marine geospatial information agency.
