In our quest for building a sustainable future and a smart society, techUK in a partnership with Intel and Dell will turn the limelight to the water nexus. As techUK’s expertise in Energy and Utilities we see water and energy as essential for our society and economy and connected through many interdependencies.

Both sectors have remarkable similar goals and targets which concentrate around universal access, resource efficiency, renewables and reuse, technology and innovation, and international cooperation.

Water and energy are also sitting high on political topics and key factors in climate change.

This innovation day aims to showcase some proven innovation solutions to the UK water utility industry and aid a sharing of technological solutions and opportunities between sectors.

Water utilities are active in identifying the key challenges faced by their organisation and are open for collaboration in understanding the great solutions that already exist.
