The PCC for West Yorkshire intends to undertake a procurement exercise for an off the shelf ERP solution, in the first instance for West Yorkshire Police. The intention is to enter into a procurement process to procure a Framework Agreement with a single supplier for this requirement.
Whilst there is no firm commitment at this stage, other national Police Forces or Emergency Services have indicated that they may decide to use this Framework Agreement as the basis for their contract during the term (each police Force/Emergency Service will be named within the Contract Notice).
The purpose of this competition is to establish a 4 year Framework Agreement with a single supplier. The call-off contracts under the Framework Agreement will be for a duration up to 10 years, made up of an initial term plus optional extensions. It is envisaged that the tender documentation for the procurement of the ERP solution should be available from April 2018.
The purpose of this event is to brief interested suppliers on the details of the tender requirements and the procurement approach. Please note the number of attendees will be limited to 2 per organisation, however if numbers exceed capacity there may be a need to reduce this to 1 attendee per organisation.
