The Defence's Digital Workplace (DDW) Programme Team will run a virtual Industry Day on Wednesday 11 November 2026.

Benefits and takeaways

The event will provide suppliers with further insight into the forthcoming DDW competitive process, the planned Conditions of Participation Assessment, alongside an update on the wider procurement timelines, planned procurement stages and the proposed DDW service scope.

Who should attend

Suppliers wishing to attend must register through the DDW AWARD DSP Early Market Engagement (EME) Data Room. Registration instructions will be published within the Data Room when registration opens.

If your organisation does not yet have access to the DDW AWARD DSP EME Data Room, please email UKStratComDD-EUS-DDW@mod.gov.uk providing:

• Company name;

• Individual attendee name;

• Individual company email address (shared or multi-user email accounts will not be accepted).

Within your email, please confirm that you are content for your contact information, including your email address, to be shared with and processed by Commerce Decisions, the provider of the AWARD DSP tool, for the purposes of managing communications, registrations, and event coordination associated with this Early Market Engagement activity.

Access to the EME Data Room will be granted subject to successful completion of the required due diligence checks.

Suppliers must register their organisation on the DDW AWARD DSP Early Market Engagement (EME) Data Room by 17:00 on 22 October 2026. This deadline applies only to registration for access to the EME Data Room and is not the deadline for registering to attend the Industry Day.

To attend the Industry Day, suppliers must register through the AWARD EME Data Room by 17:00 GMT on 3 November 2026.

Registrations submitted after 22 October 2026 may still be processed; however, the Authority cannot guarantee that access to the EME Data Room will be granted in time to enable registration for the Industry Day before the 3 November 2026 deadline.
