The National Crime Agency are embarking on a supplier engagement exercise ahead of a tender for a Strategic Partner.
The National Crime Agency (NCA) leads UK law enforcement's fight to cut serious and organised crime. It has national and international reach and the mandate and powers to work in partnership with other law enforcement organisations to bring the full weight of the law to bear on serious and organised criminals.
The NCA is embarking on major transformation and is ensuring readiness to tackle the ambition it holds. The main element of this change is the Illicit Finance collection of work. The programme business case articulates the urgent need to tackle Illicit Finance. The NCA recognise that there is a limited pool of resources to effect delivery of this scale.
In order to deliver the benefits outlined in the IF and other change projects across the NCA estate, a Strategic Partner is required to bring momentum, capacity and capability on the client-side.
This event will allow the NCA to brief potential suppliers on the specific requirements of the procurement, as well as the broader context of the NCA, the Illicit Finance programme and other significant change activity across the Agency.
The procurement is being run through the CCS Management Consultancy Framework 2 Lot 3, and so will only be available to Suppliers who are on this framework (RM6008) and Lot. However, suppliers with relevant expertise and experience to supplement those on the framework are encouraged to attend with a view to partnering on bids.
