Who is the course leader?

Emanuela Giangregorio is a freelance Performance Improvement Consultant, with over fifteen years’ international practice in delivering professional training, coaching and project consulting. She has Italian heritage, was raised in South Africa, and has been based in the UK since 2001 from where she practices internationally. Her project experience ranges from IT application and infrastructure projects to business process and organisation change programmes, and she gained the PRINCE2 Practitioner and AgilePM Practitioner certificates in the UK.

As a senior international consultant, Emanuela has practiced across many industry sectors and in several countries across Europe and Asia. When Emanuela is not delivering project management and related training, she is coaching project managers and consulting to organisations to help them improve their project delivery capability.

In addition to working with her own clients and TechUK, she is also a visiting lecturer at the London School of Business and Finance, where she delivers their advanced certificates in Management Consulting & Project Management, and Strategic Leadership & Change Management. Her most successful books on Amazon are Practical Project Stakeholder Management and Practical Remote Team Leadership.
