Do you have the opportunity to do what you do best on a daily basis? Chances are, you don't. In today’s world, we devote more time focusing on shortcomings than developing strengths. The most effective way to empower yourself and others is to see each person in terms of what makes them special.
Research from Gallup has proven that employees who use their strengths at work are 6 times as likely to be engaged in their jobs and more than 3 times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life.
If you want to discover your strengths and begin to apply them in your daily life this interactive workshop is a great place to start.
Do I need to prepare for this seminar?
Upon registration you will be sent a key for the CliftonStrengths assessment to enable you to learn your Top 5 Strengths. This workshop is only effective if you have completed the assessment by March 6th and are happy to share your strengths with the other attendees.
Who is the speaker?
For the past twenty years Kevin Thiele has been building, managing and leading teams in the technology sector for companies such as LG, Blue Coat, SonicWALL and Symantec.
When he started his management career there was no reliable method of identifying individual strengths so coaching was more or less a matter of trial and error often with disappointing results. Happily, science has now come to the rescue in the form of the CliftonStrengths® psychometric assessment which enables leaders to value the different strengths of all of their team members.
Inspired by his own experience of taking CliftonStrengths® Kevin established Sales Code in 2017 to provide strengths-based coaching to leaders and managers in the technology sector.
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach Kevin now uses his signature talent themes of Command, Communication, Achiever, Self-Assurance and Competition to help people put their thoughts and feelings into words and thereby achieve a deeper understanding of who they really are.
Kevin was born in London and loves walking around the city streets on his days off admiring the architecture and learning about the history of our capital city, he might even pop into a pub for the occasional pint of London Pride. He is also a movie buff who enjoys nothing more than relaxing in his local cinema watching the latest release from Hollywood.
How much does it cost?
This is a free seminar – attendees will be charged £15 for a Top 5 CliftonStrengths assessment. If you have previously completed the CliftonStrengths assessment please register for the event and email your Top 5 Strengths to firstname.lastname@example.org by March 6th.
