Bookings

The Booking

The "Event" means the event or training session available for booking on the www.techuk.org website and the price means the cost of the event indicated during the booking process. The price is not inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise indicated) and there are no delivery charges unless indicated.

Cancellation

Training courses- A refund will be given on cancellations received in writing two weeks prior to the event. Regrettably no refunds can be given after this date.

Events - A refund will be given on cancellations received within the requisite time frame as specified by each event. The cancellation period can vary depending on the event so please check the specific event information on the website to find this information. Regrettably no refunds can be given if the written request to cancel is not received in the required time period. To cancel an event email: events@techuk.org

techUK reserves the right to cancel an event at any time. In this case the full fee will be refunded, unless the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any additional loss or damage resulting from such cancellation or changes.

To register, please complete the booking form. For paying events, attendance will be confirmed on receipt of the full payment or upon receipt of a PO.

Re-scheduling

Events are subject to re-scheduling at our discretion. If the time, date, venue or subject of the Event is changed subsequent to your booking, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your booking and be fully refunded. We shall not be liable for any additional loss or damage resulting from such cancellation or changes.

Substitution

Attendee substitutions may be made in writing at any time. Email: events@techuk.org or training@techuk.org as applicable.

Delegates with Special Requirements

Please help us to accommodate any individual needs that you may have by informing us prior to the event. Email: events@techuk.org or training@techuk.orgas applicable.

Insurance

techUK cannot be held responsible for accidents to delegates or for damage to or loss of their personal property howsoever caused. Delegates should therefore make their own insurance arrangements.

Note

Any typographical, clerical or other similar accidental error or omission made by us in respect of your booking shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
