Women in tech group

women in technology final
techUK’s Women in Tech group is an active group of members who engage in the programme as little or as much as their time allows.

Upon joining, you would be added to a list which receives a monthly newsletter which outlines key women in tech updates, as well as listing ways to get involved to improve the participation of women in tech through the pipeline.

As members, there are number of ways to get involved, including sponsoring a teaching resource pack that will allow schools to better relay the great positions in the tech sector by taking the People Like Me pack digital and partnering with us to get more women to return to the tech sector after a career break by featuring your organisation on our Returners Hub

In addition to that, there is an active calendar of events that we promote where members can get involved as a speaker, attendee or a sponsor. Alternatively, the newsletter is a great way to promote diversity or educational initiatives, and we welcome you to write a guest blog about the work organisations may be doing to help bring more diversity to tech.

We have a full and active calendar through to the end of the year, with a range of live projects and events roster for members to get involved in. We are actively seeking opportunities for partner with our members in 2018. This year, there are opportunities for us to promote your event as well as assist you in finding a speaker if the topic aligns with a techUK work-stream.
