Groups and Committees

techUK's members include satellite and payload manufactures, satellite operators, satellite ground system designers and providers of space derived applications and services.

The Satellite Applications and Services Programme is primarily delivered through two committees - the Satellite Committee and the Position & Timing Committee.

Satellite Applications and Services has been identified as a cross sector programme meaning that there is common interest between this and other techUK vertical and cross sector programmes.

One of the roles of techUK is to exploit this linkage by, for example, holding joint events and meetings.

Space companies are also encouraged to look at other techUK programmes where there may be requirements that could be met by satellite based services.
