Dstl S&T Supplier Day for Countering Explosive Ordnance

Dstl are holding a science and technology supplier day on 20th March 2018, which will include demonstrations, an overarching military requirement briefing, parallel topic sessions, and networking. The aim of the day is to share with Industry and Academia previous and current science and technology in order to develop a more informed supplier community which can respond to research requirements with more focussed proposals. The area of interest to be covered is Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Search, specifically:

  • EOD: Remote Controlled Vehicle Strategy 2027; autonomy; EOD in the maritime environment; and disruption of conventional munitions;
  • Search: ground search; infrastructure search; explosives detection and Identification (particle and vapour); and diagnostics.
