The guest speakers both sold their companies to major US acquirers:

Jon Folland and Gordon Ashworth, who sold their digital media company Nativ to Ooyala, the US subsidiary ofAustralian telco giant Telstra.
AND
Philip Maskell, ex CEO of Business Integrity who will share his exit story on the sale of his London based document automation software business to Thomson Reuters.
Both speakers will talk about how the strategies used to optimise their exit value and they will also share the valuable lessons they learnt throughout the process.

The ICON team, will present the major trends in the Technology M&A market which has now seen the number of deals rise for 6 consecutive years. We will also highlight key thoughts on how to maximise the value on exit of your technology company. There will also be the usual opportunity to network over drinks.
